If you have one of these machines and you have age and hours on it there is something you might want to check. Take your fiberglass spindle cover off, remove the left inspection cover (looking at the machine). There is a shaft that is held in by a tiny thin retainer. This wore out letting the shaft fall out. So when it did a tool change it did not let go of the tool. This destroyed the tool holder fingers and the ones where it drove the tool it still had down thru the next tool station. I water jet cut a new retainer from spring steel it holds 180 degrees now this will never happen again. Take a look at your machine.
