Company just got in 2 nice HCN5000 Horizontal Mazaks with Mayfran international chip conveyors. Working on high tolerance parts that creates small chips creating them to stick to the conveyor and even end up under the belt. Already looking at a smaller mesh style screen to help but also want to come up with some type of brush system to attach so the chips could drop at the barrel side.
