Dead Battery

Hello,
I have found my issue with my Mazak VQC-20/40 (mazatrol 2),i had lost parameters, may be a bad battery, the rep at mazak told me to replace it, but i dont know where it is.
What and where is the batery i need to replace?

Do you get a Battery alarm on the screen when the machine is powered up?

If you dig into the alarm details it should tell you which drive board has the bad battery.

In my case, the board it told me had the bad battery actually didn't even have one! The board had just come loose a little during the machines trip to my shop. Popped the board out and reseated it and it's been fine.

I first got a "22 sum check error", called mazak and they told me to re-enter all the parameters ( i lost them all) , the tech at mazak also said i should replace the battery
