I have Ezatrol Pro and I am having problems saving programs from my PFH 4800 with a fusion control. The problem is that when I save a program from the machine it saves it fine, but the program name is not the program number, but rather 0.mz. I have never been able to make it work right for the fusion control.
It works perfectly for my SQT with a t32+ control, but not the fusion. I believe my communication parameters are the same for both Mazak controls. Again, it saves them fine, but not the program number as the file name.
I sent an email to Ezatrol a week ago, but as usual, no response.
Has anyone worked through this problem before?
