Default Integrex 100 S, Feeding subspindle onto part during part trasnfer in mazatrol?

I was wondering if anyone knew how program mazatrol to have the subspindle rapid to the face of the part and then feed onto it to bottom out on a shoulder in the chuck.

We only really use collet chucks and run barstock, have the sub come and grab the part, pull out stock for the next part then part off.

As far as I can tell, The other mode to program the "push" you can't sync the spindles and part off?

Some parts we run would be really nice if we could have the sub feed up and have it seat it self on the shoulder of a bored collet.

We're using 640MTpro and Matrix on the newer Integrex. Both 100 S.

    Thanks in advance.

Pushing is a bad idea with a collet chuck on the sub. I think the manual says never do that. Of course, I would not have experience getting an overload alarm by trying that or anything...

Why not just bring it up manually, gently touch off and teach it there? Is your collet chuck not dead length? That means the collet is stationary in the chuck. We do this all the time with our Royal Quick-Grip Accu-length chuck.

As for the program, IMO the transfer is better handled with an EIA sub.

You can push, sync, then cutoff.
