Thread: Integrex 300SY 2nd spindle wont start

Kinda felling a little humbled today, We got a integrex 300SY with a PC-Fusion-CNC 640MT control that I am trying to teach myself how to run I have got a problem getting the head 2 / sub spindle to run I can run it in manual and have got both spindles to run in MDI at the same time but the odd thing is that they were going different directions. the other problem is I have not been able to get the SUB spindle to run by its self I have tryed M300 G97S500 M3 and M300 G97 S500 M303.

Can someone tell me what I am doin wrong?

I've got a much older machine a sqt15ms.
When I want to use the subspindle I have to use G112.
I don't know if it will be the same on your machine. Worth a try maybe. my line would be :

G112 M303 G97 S1000
