Thread: Integrex Automatic Door

Hi, I have an Integrex 200 III S, CE Spec, 640 MT Pro with automatic door.
The problem I have is that I cant successfully use the automatic door in a program because when I hit the cycle start button with the door open it throws up an alarm. On our older machines you can hit the cycle start button the door then shuts (M57), machines the part then open the door (M56). There must be a way to use the automatic door in a program or why else have them. Any help would be much appreciated!

You probably need to use two hands to close the door. When I was at Okuma you needed to use two cycle start buttons to use the auto close function.

Thanks for your response! But there must be away to program the doors like our older machines.

not sure about older machines but on Matrix controlled INTE you have to put machine into Memory mode, hit Cycle start, using two hands close door and as soon as the doors close, release door close buttons, machine starts cutting, finishes cycle and opens the doors.

there might be a way to enable it so it does what you are asking for, but may be Mazak wants you to be there when closing doors? send me machine parameters to andreym at live.ca i will compare them to a machine with no doors, may be we can find some parameter to enable.

I can get the mc to do what you say but I'm looking for the one button push cure. As for the parameters I'll have to get back to you on that. Thanks

M0 (WAIT THE TWO HANDS START)
G4G98X.5 (WAIT FOR SURE DOOR CLOSE CONFIRM IS OK)

You can not retart with door open except in M0 with double hands restart command
