when in program m06 open jaws turns me message after 20 sek alarm 218 exceed time out. maschine is mazak 200ms quick turn , fusion 640.
anybody had this problem ?

Sounds like the chuck open / close proximity switch on the draw tube cylinder is not adjusted correctly or is malfunctioning and the machine is not getting the open chuck confirmation signal and times out.

Perhaps the option for automatic chuck open / close is not turned on?

Has the chuck open / close in cycle worked before with this machine?

Your alarm number doesn't look right.
Is it : 282 Chuck Clamp Exceed Time ?
If it is, then it has to be the proximity switch that says the chuck is open is not in the right place and needs to be moved slightly.

If it's: 218 Chucking Type Not Selected
Then you need to press the machine key, select chuck and then select internal or external for whichever spindle.

Look in the electrical manual for parameter that will ignore the proximity switch I dont remember on top of my head.

it is ok in maschine m06 open jaws and stand there dont go on next line in program, m07 works fine
