Hi all I have a old Fanuc 6TA control and it is giving me alot of grief. I was having some problems with the machine not running in Auto mode or MDI. Then last December it was getting worse, So I unplugged and reconnected plugs at the I/O board ETC. Then it was OK for about a week, Then it went hay wire again. Put a used I/O board in and it was good for 3 months no problems. Then tryed another I/O Board and still doing the same thing, will not go. You here relays in the cabinet click but no go. Talked with a tech had me jump relays ETC to no real help. Sometimes it will go, and sometimes it won't when messin with relays.
Just do not know where to go from here. Anybody got any Ideas?
