Mazak AJV 32/605

I am going to look at a 90's model Mazak AJV 32/605 with pallet changer. My question is, Can the machine be run without the pallet changer? I have limited space in my shop and question weither I can run the machine without it.

yes it can you will have to change some parameters so that it wont look for those signals

I assume that I need to take the pallet changer off to move the machine correct? How much does it weigh and how much room does it take up? I would like to keep it if I can.
