Is it worth the $150 to get the programming manual from Mazak? I can program all the basic stuff, but I'm lost on a lot of M codes and detailed options. I worried that I'll get the manual and not learn anything new.
Thanks,
Tony

I would pay $500 for all the manuals that came with my machine as soon soon I realized how beneficial it was.

So yes. My opinion.

I like all the manuals not just the program manual.

As stated to me, if you have specific questions related to the machines just ask them here if the PM search brought up nothing or not enough clarification. Its helped me and I'm looking to return the favor.

ASK QUESTIONS!!!

If you are familiar with another T control.. The T1 is not as friendly, its
an amazing piece of technology for 1984(3?), and its still pretty good, but
not as good as the stuff from the 90's.

If you are going to spend $150, pay somebody that knows the control to stand next
to you for a few hours... That would be worth a heck of a lot more than the manual.
The manual is moderately helpful at best. I've got one also if you need help.
