    Default Mazak VTC-41 rigging for shipping

    I need a bit of advice on shipping a Mazak VTC-41M with reference on how to tie the moving column up properly so the beastie survives an 800 mile trip.

    Blocking up the spindle and using some ratchet straps to hold that part is easy enough, but I'd really appreciate some feedback on how to fix the X & Y axes properly and whether I need to take particular care anywhere.

    Pics and drawings would be awesome of course, I'll gladly pay someone for their time to scan a drawing...
    Anyone know if Mazak would be able to supply anything in that regard? I forgot to phone them last week.

    If you still have the mechanical books, it shows all of the shipping brackets in place... Sometimes this drawing is also in the Maintenance book...
