Thread: Meldas 60/60s on Mazak Turning

Controller - Mitsubishi meldas 60 /60s
Machine - Mazak turning

T02 feed hold 204

this is the alarm that i got.it happened when the turret turned and one of the tools hit the slide way cover.turret jammed.i changed the parameter to unlock the turret..spin it manually.but its not unlocking.usually it unlocks.so any idea what can be done?Help pls

turn machine off
beat tool out of turret how ever you can
turn back on
hope for the best
