    Default vcn 510c-ii coolant on at startup

    does anyone know the parameter to make all coolant active on startup? we have the 10,000 lb. option so it has to be ALL on

    if it is a 640 control it should be R2101 bit 4

    It should be in the electrical prints. Look through the rl, rb parameters in the front of the manuel.

    On the VCN with the Matrix control:

    Coolant Menu at Power On is parameter RB3 bit 4.

    A setting of 1 will make the auto function valid. A setting of 0 will invalidate the function.

    You should save the parameter from SRAM to FLROM to keep the parameter setting when you power down the control.

    Explore the C: drive (Right click on START at the lower left hand corner)

    Double left click on the Mainte folder

    Double left click on the executable file: Mainte.exe

    Select the Back Up Tab.

    Click arrow that points away from SRAM and points towards FLROM.

    thanks i'll give that a try. is this procedure unique to the matrix control. to change things of this nature on the 640t and even the nexus we just changed the setting as you suggested did a power down and up (for some down and up twice) the setting would stick without haveing to go beyond that.
