if you are not using a plunger style presetter you can measure both l. and d. of any tool using special menu feature press menue select key twice select special menu select either length or length plus dia. tool num. tool dia. cycle start spindle turns on rev. will offset to measure length and then move to measure dia. have to be in memory to run this
