Need help with inspection forms

My buddy owns a CNC shop with 2 lathes & 10 mills.

He has to set up a complete QC program. He has someone taking care of all gauge and measuring tool calibration & related paperwork.

I am looking for a source of inspection forms rather then generating them myself because we don't have the time. What I need is:

First piece, in process and final inspection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Here ya go. I have no idea if it's any good or not, but it works for me.
