source for cmm fixture plate, what are you using or doing to fixture

You might get a better response if you explain the size of the parts and materials involved.
I would put forth Rayco, years ago (1992) I was at a facility with a large number of lightweight material and molded plastic product. Rayco to the rescue. I just Googled them and they have expanded immensely.
 
There are others, but the high cost is something they all have in common unfortunately.

Make your own - there is nothing particular special about the purchased ones, just 50xx tooling plate with a grid of tapped holes and hard anodised.

You can buy the leaf spring clamps and other accessories piece by piece as you need them from various sources.
