Have two Renishaw TP6 probes I should sell as typical eBay price on these seems to be around $750 these days. But having no head to mount them in, testing resistance with multimeter. One of them seems to perform perfectly in that you touch off and it goes to infinite resistance and then instantly returns to proper resistance when you untouch.

But the other one, sometimes there is a tiny delay in returning from infinite resistance to normal resistance. That one I notice the black rubber bellows is distorted some and wondering if that is why ? Ever had one of these apart ? Wondering if I can buy a new bellows from Renishaw or if they would act like I was attempting to do brain surgery on the Holy Pontiff even thinking about going inside this fancy limit switch ?
