There's one at Al's Machinery, in Tucson (phone 520-574-2776) Unfortunately, Al thinks it's worth a lot more than it is.

All of the above and keep looking as you fudge up one (from another make perhaps off ebay)so you can used your lathe.

Just something to consider instead of, or, to have along with a regular tailstock , a friend of mine has an original Monarch bed turret for sale.
