Model KK in Wyoming

It's like the CK, except that the feed reverse is mounted on the headstock and not the apron. The shifter is between the 2 sets of speed shifters on the headstock.
They are very solid machines, and can take healthy cut.

Nice wide apron, almost as wide as one would expect on a true toolroom lathe.

Incredible threading gearbox with these TPIs:

1-1/2, 1-5/8, 1-3/4, 2, 2-1/4, 2-1/2, 2-3/4, 2-7/8

3, 3-1/4, 3-1/2, 4, 4-1/2, 5, 5-1/2, 5-3/4

6, 6-1/2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 11-1/2

12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23

24, 26, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 46

48, 52, 56, 64, 72, 80, 88, 92

Alas, no 27 TPI.

I wonder if a metric conversion kit was offered for this machine?

There is a metric conversion available, maybe. I got the parts list from Monarch a couple years ago. The KK and the CK are the same machine with the exception noted above and the taper attachment on the CK.
The stud change gears are 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, & 52, the conversion is 80 compounded to 63. The 63 is a 12P, the others are 16P.
