Please tell me about this Monarch Lathe

Hello,

I found a couple Monarch lathe's locally. I'm interested in one of them. See photo.

Can someone tell me about them? He doesn't know what model it is, and he said "make an offer". So what would a reasonable price for something like this be?

Teens or early twenties, or "pre helical head" (or nearly 100 years old)

Plain spindle bearings, threaded spindle nose

Maybe $250 if able to run and do some work
