What are its dimensions? ( it's stuck in my head, now )
I'll measure it when I get home. I think it's 10" lengthwise.
Even though I've seen these online, I never expected it to be so small in real life. Much cooler in person than pictures make it seem. It really is tiny!
It is currently sitting on my curio in the living room!

Okay, the good news is that it is "doable"... 
Further, the largest gear ( that being the 151T Idler ) will only need to be .7969" Diameter.
I have successfully Hobbed 200DP and these work out to only 192DP, so it's not completely insane. 
Even the smallest gear ( 48T ) comes in at .2604" O.D.
You are on your own for the wooden box, though... Maybe a call to member Rivett...?
