10EE had a rather large option-set of travel rests. Four or five of them, ISTR - fotos are on PM.
My one bolts to tapped holes, including in the HS-ward front face of the cross slide. Your fotos may include one of those. The rest appear to be something else, and may not even be 'factory' ones.
