Hi,
I picked up this thingy on an auction, with the intent of it being a small personal tinkering/ learning project... It was complete at the time of buying, cables and all, but somewhere from buying it to receiving it the teach pendant disappeared.
So the question now is really what alternative to go for:
1. Buy a used teach pendant. Will the robot then be able to funtion indepentantly of computers and programming software?
2. Ditch any thought of a teach pendant or internal computer controls, and go directly to (override) the servo controls using LabView. Anyone has data on the input, outputs and motor/ resolver protocols?
3. Use it as a very cumbersome paperweight or anchor.
Anyone's cents appreciated.
