Default Anyone using the MotoSim EG plugin for gibbscam?

Ive got Motosim EG for my Motoman UP-50 thats intended for offline programming. Kinda clunky but Ive always just program from the pendant anyway. I got a quote from Motoman for the Gibbscam plugin thats supposed to allow using the motoman as a machining/deburring tool. Has anyone actually used it? Also looking at powermill robot from AD but the quote I got for the motosim plugin is really cheap, just wondering if its actually usable for stuff like 3d foam machining, deburring parts.

How well calibrated is your robot? Better not want <1mm accuracy. Repeat-ability should be ok though.
