automating a studer id grinder

Just needed some help, I have a cost budget of $90,000 to make a studer s 33 into a full automation ID grinder. went to studer and their conservative estiment was $200,000 . talked to halter and their esttiment was 120,000.I have a fanuc 5P LR-Mate. and make it grind in manual. any suggestions?

These guys specialize in Gear machines, but they do precision CNC retrofit work and they might do it for you or know someone else who can do it. Used Gear Machines | CNC Retrofitting | RP Machine
