Fanuc Powermate D 2nd axis display missing

Good Morning List:

We have a Fanuc Powermate D set up with two alpha drives that we use as a simulator for verifying amplifiers and motors. During a routine reconfiguration/reload for a single axis test, after reloading the 2 axis mem card, we have lost the display for all the 2nd (Y) axis parameters, position display, etc.

All was working as it should just a day ago and no other changes have been made.
Two-path powermate D with 8838 ROM

JAX is set for 2, no of controlled axis is set for 2, but only X information is shown.

One of our techs says this happened before but does not remember the simple fix.

We have done a parameter file compare, line by line and don't see an issue.

Anyone suggest the simple fix?
