I need to design a machine.It involves an O-ring installation.I need a claw to fetch an O-ring and then install it on to the product.It may seems like the aircylinder in the picture below:

But I just cant find the air cylinder on Festo Manu or SMC Manu.I wonder anyone can show me where to find the cylinder.Or it maybe powerdriven.What manufacturer produce the product or similar product?
