You will probably get more feedback on the General forum or one of the American machine subforums. I know little about Clausing machines but they were an American company that was sold to Atlas so that should be a starting point.
You could also post some pictures of the machine in question and I am sure a few of us will offer suggestions of how to go about the mounting.
