Just some things from experience with a lot of machines.....and this doesn't apply to any particular brand.

1. Daily clean / inspect
2. Quarterly pull the way covers back and clean all the crap out from underneath......repair wipers if needed.
3. Replace air lines yearly unless you are using nylon, then it's bi-annually.
4. Replace all pneumatic mufflers once a year, unless they are the brass kind, then we clean with an ultrasonic cleaner once a year.
5. Lubrication per manuals, but every 6 months check that the machine is getting proper lube to the proper places.
6. Back-up battery check every 6 months
7. Parameters backed up yearly
8. Check machine level once per year
9. Backlash check once per month
10. Coolant replace / recycle / etc - up to you on the frequency
11. Daily check coolant concentration
12. (Careful here......probably should have a sparky do this....) check all terminal screws in machine cabinet for tightness. Upon initial landing of a new machine, then again at 6 months after new and every 4 years thereafter. Wire tends to creep over time.
13. If you have anything with brushed DC motors, clean the carbon out of them once per year and check the brushes.
