Achieve Fine Balancing with New Kaiser Balance Rings and Radial Adjustable Tool Holders

Elk Grove Village, IL – BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling introduces two new balancing accessories to achieve fine balancing quality on the 112 Series EWN precision boring heads. Balance Rings and Radial Adjustable Holders allow compensation for imbalance in tool assemblies for the entire range of Ø.078-2.125”.

The Balance Rings work with standard boring bar components for diameters up to Ø.394”, and are attached at the front end of the boring head. For diameters up to Ø2.125”, the Radial Adjustable Holders are also required to keep the boring head cartridge and boring bar close to the center position while the adjustable insert holder is used for coarse diameter adjustment. A balancing machine is required to measure the amount and location of tool imbalance to be corrected.

BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling is a leader in high precision tooling systems and solutions. With brands including Kaiser, BIG Daishowa, Speroni, Unilock, Sphinx, and more, BIG Kaiser’s line is focused on extreme accuracy and repeatability. BIG Kaiser’s mission is to support North American manufacturers with products that are designed and manufactured to a superior standard. Guaranteed.
