Default Any PM'ers in Corpus Christi with a loading dock?

Greetings all;

I have a shipment leaving for Corpus Christi, Texas in a few days, and the customer (a fellow PM'er) can't come up with a commercial address. I really hate to see him pay for a residential delivery charge. I just don't have anyone in that immediate area I can ask.

Is anyone able to accept delivery of a skid for this gentleman? Any established commercial address should be fine. I would think he'd be more than appreciative and probaly buy you a six pack.

Thanks in advance for considering this.

Around here I've had the trucking company hold it at their dock and then I'd go pick it up there at no additional charge. Hardest part for them was finding it on/in their dock/building.
