Default Floor mats

I have anti fatigue floor mats in front of all the machines. I have few doubled stacked, wow what a difference. Just be aware double height could be a tripping hazard.

No running shoes for me, unless you have steel toe running shoes. I even have steel toe dairy boots, the kind that you can wear in the real messy manure. I wear them all winter in the snow, fairly warm too.

I've got some of the "Cadillac Mats" from Uline. They are outstanding.

Combine the mat with a bar stool, and you will be good to go. I also wear Wolverine DuraShock work shoes.

If I'm standing in one place for a long time, I also make a concerted effort to put equal weight on both feet.
