Google seems to do quite a good job of translating it. Only needs a little cleaning up:-

Gudday mate.

Please reply to the following questions:-

1 - Indicate what accessories the machine has.
2 - Pictures from different angles to allow me to see the condition of the machine.
3 - Does the price include VAT and local taxes?
4 - Can you ship the machine to Chile?

Please send information as soon as possible, because the machine in question is of real interest to us.
Regards
Jermain Romero

Note, since I don't speak or write Spanish, I might have got it wrong. but it looks ok to me.

Thanks. Hmmm...so IVA is VAT ?? I'm not sure what to make of question 3. I wonder if he wants to know if I must add taxes on this end, or does he wonder about taxes on his end ? ..i.e. "local" to me or local to him ??

Yes. IVA = Impuesto de Valor Agregado = VAT.

Sounds like with question 3 he's wondering if the price you've quoted is the "out the door"
price, from your end.

Normally in VAT countries when a bussines is dealing with a private person they state the price VAT included because a privat person has to pay VAT

When it is bussines to bussines the price without VAT is stated because a bussines with a VAT nr gets a refund of the VAT

On a international deal VAT is not requiered
So his questin is really if the price is with or without VAT or any local equivalent

(On all invoices you write for your customers you ad the VAT
Then every 3months or so you have to pay or get refunded the balance of all the VAT from all the invoices you wrote and all the ones you recieved

I understand that system more or less
How they tax you in the US is still a mystery to me)
