The saddle gib, if I tighten the bolts its still loose and can clunk up and down (interupted cut). Other lathes I have seen have bearings on eccentric bolts in this area. What do people do with the SB, face mill the slide section and shim it for clearance ?

Large Compound and Cross-slide dials: Has anyone had these 3D printed and\or have CAD drawings of these parts they could share? I only have a compound dial and I find it tough to read, a bit too fine a pitch on such a small diameter.

I am missing a ball crank on the cross-feed or the compound not sure which they seem interchangeable. Are they or is one ball crank larger than the other as they have different p/n's?

Just to clarify, we are talking about the large saddle gib along the back of the lathe, not the cross slide gib? If so, then yes, you might need to take a skim cut on that gib. It is not otherwise adjustable.
