I have recently acquired a SBL with a 13" swing and 8' bed. The lathe has a 3 jaw chuck and is capable of turning 60" between centers. This lathe is in average condition and the ways are in good shape. It does have a Q.C. gearbox and the spindle is driven by a series of cone pulleys. The serial # on the way of this lathe is 50586 and the catalog # is 186E. This lathe is too large for my shop, so I have decided to sell it. I do have a potential buyer, but I am not sure what a fair sell price would be?
Any information in regard to a fair sell price would be greatly appreciated.
