On a manual change gears lathe what gear arrangement is used to just use the leadscrew and not cut threads.

Look to the far right column on the thread chart that says Feeds Per Rev. This is the travel of your carriage per reveolution of your spindle. Follow the column down and at some point you will get numbers. Those are your feeds available. I think the c's only go down as low as .002 per rev but i'm not positive.
