I couldn't find the draw bar, collet sleeve, and the spindle nose cap for my lathe so I ordered one of the collet chucks. I machined a back plate to mount it, I made the register tight and bolted it on after drilling and tapping the holes and was happy to find the TIR was only .0003. I checked it 'as is' without any attempt to adjust it to remove the little bit of run out. The scroll is a bit rough but not bad enough to be a concern. It will serve my purposes quite well.
