Cross slide screw interchangeability 9" vs 10"

To all those in the know,
Will a cross slide screw from a SB 9" Model A or B fit a 10K lathe or visa versa? :confused:

The base plate of the compound is the difference between a 9" & 10K.

I just switch my 9N saddle, cross slide and compound for a 10K. It has worked great! You might want to read Paula's thread on the 9n Model A. Towards the present end of the thread this switch is talked about. Gary P. Hansen

Hi There,

It depends. If both the 9 inch and the 10K are
Large Dial types (or both are Small Dial types),
then yes they will interchange. But the Small
Dial types do not interchange with the Large Dial
types and vise versa.
