Tooling system division is closed forever. Auction was a couple month ago. The Cushman line was bought by TSD(Universal engineering)a div. of DeVlieg-Bullard II and then made in Frankenmuth, MI. The "Microbore" line is being made up in Standish by a company that bought the line.
