i am pretty sure this is for a 10l. i bought it for my lathe and mounted it with no problems. if you need numbers to identify i will get them just email me.
Do i have the handle? well i bought it with a handle, but at this time i will say no; as i can not find it. i could make a handle fairly quick but that would kill originallaty not not its function.
