Handwheel collet attachment info

So I've got a handwheel collet attachment and set of collets new in the South Bend boxes. The label on the handwheel attachment box says it's for a 16 lathe. Are these the correct collets for this attachment? Anyone have an idea what these may be worth?

The collets you have are 5C, and for that handwheel. I am not sure on value, but I would guess the collets would be easy to sell as they fit so many machines and accessories. The handwheel only fits a 16 and a 16/24.

Thanks guys, I haven't decided if I will part with these just yet. They don't appear to have ever been used either.
