Default Headstock spindle shims

I am wondering if anyone can tell me where I can get the headstock spindle shims for S.B. 10K. I have tried South Bend Parts, and cannot get through.

Any Help would be appreciated

My advise would be. Make your own. I bought some a few years ago and they looked like a four year old cut them out with dull scissors. Kenny

I agree - I just made my own for my 10L, and they work really well. You can buy shim stock from your local hardware store (ACE works too) or McMaster - I got sheets of 0.015, 0.005, 0.002 and 0.001" (they had an assortment pack for the smaller ones); I got brass shim stock. This you can cut with shears, and punch with a knockout punch. It won't be as pretty as the old ones, but it will work just as well
