It is me again, with another Q? . for those who are getting familiar already let me tell yuo guys that I already got the tailstock that I was looking for, i bought it on ebay , waiting for it to arrive. i hope this is the good one.
well the nut of the headstock spindle is loosing off from time to time , it is very difficult to find a point where it is tight enough to prevent the spindle to move from left to R and still it is not to tight so the can spindle rotate free.
I am thinking to replace this nut with a double nut so it does not keep loosing, and could be easier to fix at a desired adjustment.
Any thoughts ,advises ??
