Hi , I'm new to this site, could someone tell me which morse taper is used for my SB 9(workshop)lathe, I bought the lathe recently with no manual...........Thanks Kerry

Hi There,
Headstock Spindle taper is Morse No: 3.
Tailstock Quill taper is Morse No: 2.
There isn't a specific manual for your lathe but
You should get a copy of How To Run A Lathe
by South Bend Lathe. This will cover the basics
and help with familiarizing yourself with the
lathe.
