Years ago we were given some face plates and a small 4 jaw, they don't fit the 9 inch South Bend larger diameter threads nominally looks to be 2.25 inch didn't measure the pitch but there can't be many largest plate is 12 inches, some 4NS collets came with them.
So any ideas what they fit?

Check the pitch, its the determining factor.A 12" diam plate with a 2 1/8-5 thread is from a 13" leblond regal. The SBL thread is an 8 at that plate OD.The thread OD is more like 2 1/4" its from the big bore 13.The letters in the casting number of the SBL stuff are even better ID.They used a T to designate a part for a 13" machine. The number will be in the web on the back.
The 4NS collett is a Rivett collett used on bench lathes in clock factorys of old.Someone may have made their own sleeve and drawbar and used them on a different lathe.
