NEED HELP PLEASE

ok here goes again! scraped the idea of a monarch 10 ee.i found down the street from me. no drive (motor backgear)no way after posting question on this web site ..thankyou all.now i found southbend it's on ebay. that light 10 or 12 don't know? and light cabnet.. its been converted for elec engraving.. he has the cab Light sheet metal type .with motor.belts and two crossfeeds . the 'ways' he says have never had tooling attached so this thing in one speed with the taper attachment and two drums attached to the tail stock .to hard to explane. please look on e-bay and tell me if it would worth the drive . i cant find any lathes they sell fast in my area. i know these are incomplete . but it would it make a nice lathe.. i think... can some tell me the size and what it is.
