Default Need wiring diagram for GE 5 lead instant reversing motor on 10L lathe

HELP! Redoing 10L lathe. I removed wires from drum switch, marked wires-noted locations. Numbers came off of leads during cleaning. I am not familiar with these older GE Instant start motors. The motor is single voltage, 115 volts, 3/4 hp. The stud terminals are marked numbers 1-5. This motor has a relay and a rotary switch. Lead # 5 was wired from L1 directly to the motor. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of motor and drum switch they can send me please? Last thing needed to fire up machine.

    Thank you.

We need to know which drum switch you have. Does it have a wiring diagram in it?

You'll have to give more info than that- C-H made switches with a couple of different layouts. Is there a diagram inside the switch cover, or can you photo or diagram the guts of the switch?
