Never before seen: a 10L single lever tumbler gear BEFORE being destroyed by use

What pitch is that gear? Im too lazy to stick my head under mine and do the measuring

Sounds like there could be a market for these.
What you can do is take a piece of material maybe 6" long and do the teeth.
Then slice it off, face both sides to thickness, and broach the keyway in each.

Loki's nutsack tied with twine! That sounds a lot like work. Have you ever been responsible for deburring the entire periphery of a full set of teeth? It sucks, and it sucks a lot. If you treasure your sanity as much as your time, undercut the blanks to a depth just below the Root diameter before you cut the tooth space. Then come back and part or saw as needed, afterwards. There will still be burrs, but nothing like the ones created by parting or turning upon already formed teeth.
