Sorry bump and old timey thread but I'm one of the unlucky ones who needs this lock as well. I've been watching ebay for 4 months now and I have not seen one. I don't have a mill or i'd make one myself.
If anyone is interested in building me one - let me know how much it'd cost

This thing is trickier than it appears to be.I got one from a dealer that had bad threads.He sent me another one,no problem.
Later I attempted to put an insert in his messed up one so I could return the thing to him repaired.I used a piece of center drilled 3/8-16 thread rod to set the thing up then drilled and tapped it 1/2-13,and made an insert.Looked great when I was done but the screw was off enough that it did not work.It would probably be necessary to make a jig that engages the three flats to repair one.To create a new one will be even more intricate as the screw center must be determined.
